Wil je een betekenisvolle rol spelen in een team dat werkt aan de opbouw van een IMH-poli in Midden-Holland? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Je functie als behandelaar IMH Als behandelaar IMH werk je met kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar (uitlopend tot 6 jaar) en hun ouders. Samen met de regiebehandelaar draag je zorg voor de uitvoering van diagnostiek en behandeling. Je helpt gezinnen bij het versterken van de ouder-kindrelatie, het omgaan met regulatieproblemen en het verwerken van intergenerationeel trauma. Binnen de behandeling ligt de nadruk op rust, vertrouwen en het opbouwen van veiligheid in het contact. Je begeleidt (samen met collega's) moeder-kindgroepen en past behandelvormen toe zoals CGT, systeemtherapie of speltherapie, afhankelijk van wat het gezin nodig heeft. Thema's die hierbij aan bod komen zijn onder andere emotieregulatie, de 'window of tolerance', 'motherhood constellation' en 'circle of security'. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het multidisciplinaire team, waaronder regiebehandelaren, vaktherapeuten en psychiaters. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met ketenpartners zoals de GGD, kinderartsen en consultatiebureaus. Je denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van de IMH-poli en draagt actief bij aan een vernieuwend zorgaanbod voor jonge gezinnen in de regio.
