Je bent een uitstekende onderhandelaar, sociaal en communicatief vaardig, inventief en besluitvaardig. Je stelt het klantbelang centraal en werkt constructief samen. Daarbij streef je naar optimale kwaliteit van jouw werk. Jezelf blijven ontwikkelen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je bent bereid naast je werk meerdere verschillende vakinhoudelijke opleidingen te volgen. Je wil daarmee het beste uit jezelf halen om personenschades op een menselijk manier vaardig te behandelen. Wat ga je doen Als Behandelaar Personenschade Complex houd jij je bezig met het behandelen van (zware) personenschade(s). Je beoordeelt de dekking en aansprakelijkheid, maar ook de regresmogelijkheden. Je stelt de schade en (schade)reserve vast binnen de kaders van wet- en regelgeving , (interne) beleidsregels en richtlijnen. Je bepaalt daarvoor zelf de strategie en bent de regisseur van het schadedossier. Je werkt graag samen met o.a. schaderegelaars, arbeids- en medisch deskundigen en het juridisch team. Je ziet waar de knelpunten liggen en probeert daar waar mogelijk belanghebbenden te helpen de schade te beperken. Je weet je standpunt met belangenbehartigers en andere partijen begrijpelijk en juridisch verantwoord te delen en te verdedigen. Je correspondeert, overlegt en onderhandelt zo nodig met partijen, daarbij heb je oog voor de verschillende belangen. Dankzij jouw inzet wordt de claim adequaat afgehandeld.
