Beschikt u over een stevige ervaring in het beheer van bouwmachines, zwaar materieel en vrachtwagens?

Wilt u een strategische functie uitoefenen binnen een onderneming actief in infrastructuur en openbare werken?

Als Materiaal- & Fleetbeheerder (m/v/x) staat u in voor het globale beheer van het machinepark om de beschikbaarheid, veiligheid en prestaties van het materieel dat op de verschillende werven wordt ingezet te garanderen.

Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Instaan voor het dagelijks beheer van het machinepark (vrachtwagens, kranen, grondverzetmachines, zwaar materieel, elektrisch gereedschap, bestelwagens, enz.);
  • Het plannen en coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud;
  • Toezien op de naleving van keuringen, certificeringen en wettelijke verplichtingen;
  • Operationele behoeften analyseren en investeringen sturen met betrekking tot de vernieuwing of aankoop van materieel;
  • Optimaliseren van de эксплуатаatiekosten, beschikbaarheid en rendabiliteit van het park;
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van een team van ongeveer 13 medewerkers (technici, magazijniers, mecaniciens, administratief personeel...);
  • KPI’s opstellen en regelmatig rapporteren aan de directie;
  • Actief deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten en de modernisering van het machinepark.

Er zullen twee positieve referenties worden gevraagd. U zal tevens een persoonlijkheidstest afleggen.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, beschikt u over de volgende competenties:

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het beheer van zwaar materieel, bouwmachines of een technische vloot;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in teammanagement (minstens 3 jaar);
  • Technische opleiding op bachelor- of ingenieursniveau (elektromechanica, mechanica, bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig);
  • Goede kennis van onderhoudsprocedures, veiligheid en asset management;
  • Vlot gebruik van informaticatools en administratieve opvolging;
  • Uitstekende organisatorische, analytische en besluitvormingsvaardigheden;
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid met feeling voor het terrein, gecombineerd met strategisch inzicht;
  • Kennis van het frans is een sterke troef.
