Wil jij zorgen dat monteurs altijd over de juiste materialen beschikken? Als LSP-beheerder houd je onze storingsmagazijnen veilig, overzichtelijk en goed bevoorraad. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om logistieke processen slimmer te organiseren. Je werkt minimaal 32 uur per week op verschillende locaties in regio Oost. Jij maakt het net georganiseerder bij Alliander. De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als LSP-beheerder Als LSP-beheerder zorg jij dat onze Logistieke Steunpunten goed blijven draaien. Je ontvangt, controleert en beheert materialen voor onze monteurs. Daarbij verwerk je voorraadmutaties zorgvuldig in onze systemen. Ook zie je waar magazijnprocessen veiliger, slimmer of efficiënter kunnen. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als LSP-beheerder werk jij hieraan mee. - ontvangen, controleren, opslaan en uitgeven van materialen; - verwerken van voorraadmutaties en administratieve gegevens in SAP, MVOS en Excel; - verzamelen van orders en administratief voorbereiden van materialen voor uitgifte; - uitvoeren van voorraadinventarisaties en voorkomen van voorraadverschillen; - veilig en netjes houden van het magazijn, de afvalstraat en de opslaglocaties. Je controleert daarnaast leveringsbonnen en pakbonnen. Ook zorg je dat rest- en afvalstoffen tijdig worden afgevoerd. Hiermee help je monteurs om hun werk veilig en zonder onnodige vertraging uit te voeren. Deze werkzaamheden zijn gebaseerd op de taken en verantwoordelijkheden uit de oorspronkelijke vacature.
