Sluitingsdatum: 15-10-2026 Organisatie & Afdelingsomschrijving Je werkt in het team Dagelijks beheer van de afdeling Beheer openbare ruimte (BOR). We zijn verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van de boven- en ondergrondse ruimte van o.a. speelterreinen, groen, wegen, rioleringen, openbare verlichting en verkeersregelinstallaties en vergunningen voor kabels en leidingen. Ook is de afdeling opdrachtgever van grootschalige onderhouds- of vervangingsprojecten en heeft daarmee een breed werkterrein. De afdeling bestaat uit: - Team Dagelijks beheer - Team Beleid, Opdrachtgeving en Financiën - Team Geo-Informatie Het werkterrein van de afdeling raakt hiermee direct de beleving van burgers, instellingen en bedrijven in Gouda. De afdeling heeft korte lijnen met het bestuur. Daarnaast staan alle medewerkers voor resultaat gecombineerd met een goede samenwerking en sfeer. Je werkt samen met een directievoerder en met de andere beheerders. Functie-informatie Als Operationeel Beheerder Groen, Bomen, Water en Spelen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het duurzaam in stand houden van de openbare ruimte op het gebied van groen, bomen, water en spelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het areaal schoon, heel en veilig blijft. Daarbij ligt je focus voornamelijk op het operationele beheer: het voorbereiden, begeleiden en controleren van beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Voor tactische en strategische vraagstukken werk je nauw samen met de Senior Beheerder Groen, die verantwoordelijk is voor beleidsontwikkeling, lange termijnplanning en integrale beheerafwegingen. Als beheerder Groen, Bomen, Water en Spelen: - Voer je de vastgestelde beheerplannen uit en vertaal je deze naar concrete werkzaamheden en een uitvoeringsplanning. - Houd je toezicht op de staat van het areaal en signaleer je tijdig onde...
