Dit omvat het onderhouden van de Citrix-omgeving en het onderhouden en uitrollen van het applicatie-image met behulp van Ivanti. Je ondersteunt ontwikkelaars bij vragen en problemen met de ontwikkelwerkplek, neemt taken over van twee huidige beheerders en voert het beheer zelfstandig uit, met beschikbaarheid van de huidige beheerders voor overleg en hulp indien nodig. Verantwoordelijkheden - Onderhouden van de Citrix-omgeving (Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 2203 of hoger). - Onderhouden en uitrollen van het applicatie-image met Ivanti Automation. - Ondersteunen van ontwikkelaars bij vragen en problemen over de ontwikkelwerkplek. - Zelfstandig beheren van de ontwikkelwerkplek en taken overnemen van twee huidige beheerders. - Samenwerken met teams als Endpoint, Serverbeheer, AD, Netwerk en SOC. Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Technisch: voldoende kennis en ervaring met Citrix, Ivanti en Windows 11. - Softskills: goede communicatieve vaardigheden, inlevingsvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen. Eisen - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding of MBO ICT-opleiding (niveau 3 of 4) - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als werkplekbeheerder - Aantoonbare ervaring met het onderhouden van een Citrix back-end omgeving (Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 2203 of hoger) - Ervaring met het samenstellen van software-images met Ivanti Automation - Diepgaande kennis van Windows 11 - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, inlevingsvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen Wensen - Ervaring met Powershell scripting is een pré - Kennis van VMWare v...
