Beheerder Riolering & Gemalen Gemeente Leiderdorp Functie omschrijving In Leiderdorp zorgen we graag voor een betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig riool- en gemalenstelsel en daar hebben we jou voor nodig. Als beheerder gemalen en riolering zorg jij ervoor dat onze riolering, gemalen en stedelijke watersystemen goed blijven functioneren. Je werkt aan plannen, contracten, onderhoud en vervangingen, maar bent ook buiten zichtbaar wanneer werkzaamheden moeten worden afgestemd, uitgezet en gecontroleerd. Wat ga je doen? - Je werkzaamheden omvatten de volle breedte van het vakgebied riolering: van civieltechnische rioolcontracten opstellen, aanbesteden en uitvoeren tot het bewaken van de kwaliteit van het systeem. - Je bent opdrachtgever van rioolvervangingsprojecten, maakt meerjarenonderhoudsplannen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van het jaarplan. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de P&C-cyclus en stuurt op basis van technische onderzoeken op het goed functioneren van het riool- en gemalenstelsel. - Je zet werkzaamheden uit en verzorgt de afstemming met de benodigde publiek- en privaatrechtelijke partijen. - Je beheert en coördineert regulier onderhoud, groot onderhoud en vervangingen aan riolering en gemalen, zoals reinigen en inspecteren van rioolleidingen en zinkers, onderhoud en vervanging van rioolgemalen en het controleren en laten verwerken van rioolrevisiegegevens. - Je coördineert onderzoeken naar kleinschalige water-, grondwater- en lozingsproblemen en zorgt ervoor dat deze uiteindelijk worden opgelost. - Je toetst vergunningsaanvragen, onder andere voor rioolhuisaansluitingen, en coördineert de uitvoering hiervan met interne en externe partijen. - Je bent aanspreekpunt in het Waterketenoverleg in de Leidse regio en verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van het stedelijk waterbeleid van gemeente Leiderdorp.
