Werkzaamheden - Direct schakelen met klanten over onderhoud, storingen en optimalisaties - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van werktuigbouwkundige installaties - Opstellen en uitvoeren van kleine offertes - Zorgen dat alle documentatie volledig en actueel blijft - Samenwerken aan slimme, duurzame en efficiënte oplossingen Profiel - Mbo?44 diploma werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek (bijv. MIT) - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als technicus, servicemonteur of in een vergelijkbare rol - Rijbewijs B en bereid om op locatie te werken - Je kunt een VGB aanvragen - Klantgericht, zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk Organisatie- en afdelingomschrijving Je werkt binnen de divisie Building Solutions, gespecialiseerd in beheer- en onderhoudsvraagstukken voor utiliteitsgebouwen. Dit team ondersteunt gebouweigenaren bij uitdagingen zoals efficiëntie, kostenbeheersing, verduurzaming en digitalisering. De focus ligt op werktuigbouwkundige, elektrotechnische en bouwkundige installaties.
