Je speelt een cruciale rol in het controleren van belastingaangiften (van collega's) en het bieden van strategisch advies dat bijdraagt aan het behalen van belastingvoordelen voor cliënten. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's om fiscale compliance te waarborgen en om de kwaliteit van het werk te optimaliseren. Je bent goed op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in de belastingwetgeving en kunt deze effectief vertalen naar praktische oplossingen voor je cliënten. Minder ervaren collega's kunnen rekenen op jouw kennis en kunde bij hun ontwikkeling. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde studie Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de accountancy of belastingadvies. - Diepgaande kennis van belastingwetgeving en -regelgeving. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en vermogen om op verschillende niveaus te adviseren. - Proactieve en analytische instelling.
