Je werkt voor een diverse groep klanten, met de nadruk op het mkb. Een doelgroep die vraagt om praktische adviezen en persoonlijke aandacht. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je fiscale regels toepasbaar maakt voor ondernemers die vooruit willen. Je combineert werken op kantoor met klantbezoeken en hebt zo de afwisseling die bij een adviesrol hoort. Inhoudelijk richt je je op het adviseren van klanten bij uiteenlopende fiscale onderwerpen. Daarnaast begeleid je junior collega's in hun ontwikkeling, behandel je bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en controleer je aangiftes inkomstenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting. Je denkt actief mee in het vaktechnisch overleg en draagt zo bij aan de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van ons team. Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt belastingadviezen in concept op; - Je signaleert adviesmogelijkheden en denkt mee over oplossingen; - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's voor fiscale vraagstukken; - Je bewaakt budgetten en planningen voor opdrachten; - Je streeft kwaliteitsbehoud en -verbetering na van onze dienstverlening; - Je onderhoudt klantrelaties.
