Wat ga je doen als belastingadviseur bij aaff?Vanuit direct contact met zowel regionale als nationale klanten ondersteun je hen bij (complexere) fiscale vraagstukken. Onder meer door aandachtig te luisteren naar hun behoeften en creatieve oplossingen te bieden. Met jouw fiscale advies help je ondernemers echt verder. Ook bouw en onderhoud je klantrelaties, samen met je team. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Deskundig fiscaal advies bieden en fiscale strategieën ontwikkelen en implementeren.

- Kansen in de markt signaleren en hierover communiceren binnen de organisatie. Zo creëer je nieuwe zakelijke mogelijkheden en draag je bij aan de groei en ontwikkeling van de belastingadviespraktijk.

- Klantrelaties onderhouden en versterken, door regelmatig contact en het bieden van op maat gemaakte oplossingen binnen een gestroomlijnd proces voor onze klanten.

- Compliance: naleving van fiscale wet- en regelgeving is een van je prioriteiten. Daarvoor heb je regelmatig overleg met instanties, zoals de Belastingdienst.

- Samenwerken: je inspireert het team en begeleidt junior adviseurs in hun ontwikkeling. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het succes van ons kantoor en draagt bij aan de groei van zowel het team als onze klanten.
