Met ruim 25 gezondheidscentra en 550 collega's bieden we zorg aan 200.000 patiënten. Wat je gaat doen Als Beleidsadviseur binnen het team Zorg, Innovatie en Kwaliteit, onderdeel van Arts en Zorg Groep, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, leiden en realiseren van organisatie-brede projecten, verandertrajecten en beleidsontwikkelingen. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven en zorgt voor duurzame implementatie en borging. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen, testen en implementeren van innovaties. - Het uitvoeren van de kwaliteitscyclus en verbeteren van zorgprocessen. - Het evalueren en optimaliseren van zorgprogramma's, zoals chronische zorg en triage. - Het ondersteunen van kwaliteitsverbeteringstrajecten, waaronder VIM en klachtenafhandeling. - Het adviseren van management en directie op tactisch en strategisch niveau. - Het vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie in samenwerking met ketenpartners zoals COA, DJI en politie.
