Doel van de opdracht - Accounthouderschap op de beleidsportefeuille afval. - Voortzetten en afronden van het project afvalbeleid en tarievenmodel. Omschrijving werkzaamheden: Voorzetten project Afvalbeleid + Tarievenmodel In 2026 in gestart om te komen tot een afvalbeleid/grondstoffenplan. Een goede basis ligt er al. Doel is om het afvalbeleid in 2027 (Q1/Q2) door de raad vast te laten stellen. Onderdeel van het afvalbeleid is de uitwerking van een tariefmodel dat binnen Koggenland gaat helpen om de hoeveelheid restafval bij de inzameling van afval te verlagen. Het is aan de beleidsadviseur afval om de raad hierbij te betrekken en te informeren, de bestuurlijke besluitvorming op te pakken en de communicatie richting onze inwoners vorm te geven. Advisering Van de beleidsadviseur Afval wordt gevraagd om het college te annoteren op vergaderstukken van de Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Afvalbeheer Westfriesland (ABWF) en de vergaderstukken van HVC. Profiel kandidaat: Kennis en ervaring - Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen overheid, adviesbureau of afvalsector - Ervaring met: - Opstellen van beleidsnota's en uitvoeringsprogramma's - Advisering van bestuur en management - Projectmatig werken - Kennis van: - Afval- en grondstoffenbeleid - Milieu- en afvalwetgeving - Financiële en juridische aspecten van afvalinzameling - Gemeentelijke besluitvor...
