(Senior) Beleidsadviseur Federatie Medisch Specialisten | standplaats: Utrecht | dienstverband: Fulltime Parttime (32 - 36 uur per week) Wil jij bijdragen aan de toekomst van de medisch-specialistische zorg in Nederland? Heb je ervaring met complexe beleidsvraagstukken en beweeg je je gemakkelijk in een dynamische omgeving met uiteenlopende belangen? Binnen de afdeling Beleid van de Federatie Medisch Specialisten breiden wij ons team uit met drie medior/senior beleidsadviseurs op de thema's: - Databeschikbaarheid, digitalisering & medical technology - Passende zorg - Duurzame inzetbaarheid, dienstverband (cao's) en arbeidsmarkt Jouw rol Als beleidsadviseur draag je vanuit jouw rol samen met het beleidsteam en medisch specialisten bij aan de best mogelijke zorg voor patiënten in Nederland. Je werkt op diverse thema's binnen de zorg en vertaalt strategische doelstellingen en inhoudelijke vraagstukken naar concreet beleid en uitvoerbare oplossingen. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor diverse stakeholders, als onder andere wetenschappelijke verenigingen, medisch specialisten, diverse partijen in de zorg en je collega's binnen de Federatie. Je schakelt soepel tussen strategie en uitvoering, weet draagvlak te creëren en houdt overzicht in complexe dossiers. Wat ga je doen? Afhankelijk van jouw expertise en interesse werk je aan één van de bovengenoemde thema's. Dit doe je onder andere door: - Samen met de medisch specialisten een visie op diverse thema's binnen de zorg te ontwikkelen en de betekenis hiervan voor de medisch specialist en diens wijze van werken. Voor nu en in de toekomst; - Het geven van integrale beleidsadviezen en het voorbereiden van notities en presentaties die in lijn zijn met de visie van de Federatie; - Het ontwikkelen van beleid en van handvatten en andere materialen ter ondersteuning van de medisch specialisten bij de implementatie van het beleid; - Het verbinden van partijen en creëren van draagvlak ro...
