Als Beleidsadviseur Facilitair ben je (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen van toekomstbestendig beleid, werkafspraken en werkprocessen binnen de facilitaire dienstverlening. Je stroomlijnt processen en zorgt voor een efficiënt leveranciersmanagement. Samen met collega's, managers en bestuurders analyseer je de behoeften en ontwikkelingen binnen de facilitaire dienstverlening en vertaal je deze naar strategische keuzes voor de toekomst. Je werkt beleidsmatig en planmatig aan projecten en weet goed te schakelen tussen operationeel en tactisch niveau. Daarnaast houdt je toezicht op contract- en leveranciersmanagement, waarbij je controleert of afspraken worden nagekomen en risico's signaleert. Je doet verbetervoorstellen en rapporteert aan de teammanager. Ook onderhoud je een optimale samenwerking met onze (externe) servicepartners en draagt bij aan een proactieve, klantgerichte dienstverlening. Jij? Jij hebt oog voor detail, denkt kritisch en bent communicatief sterk. Je neemt mensen mee in je adviezen en weet draagvlak te creëren. Flexibiliteit en een (pragmatisch) oplossingsgerichte instelling kenmerken jouw werkwijze. Je bent in staat operationele problemen snel te herkennen en op te lossen. Tegelijkertijd onderzoek je de achterliggende oorzaak en neem je initiatief om herhaling te voorkomen, bijvoorbeeld door werkprocessen te verbeteren, leveranciers aan te spreken op hun verantwoordelijkheden of beleidsmatige vraagstukken onder de aandacht te ...
