JOB-3611320 Je werkt als tijdelijke beleidsadviseur aan actuele en maatschappelijk relevante vraagstukken rond inburgering en migratie. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat beleid en uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluiten en dat de continuïteit tijdens een vervangingsperiode geborgd blijft. Je beweegt je tussen strategische beleidskaders, bestuurlijke advisering en de samenwerking met ketenpartners. Daarbij draag je direct bij aan de participatie van nieuwkomers en statushouders in de samenleving. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waarin jouw inhoudelijke expertise en verbindende kwaliteiten het verschil maken. Wat ga je doen - Je werkt de nieuwste beleidsplannen uit het gemeentelijk beleidskader rondom de Wet Inburgering 2021 verder uit. - Je verbindt lokale plannen aan landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen binnen het inburgerings- en migratiedomein. - Je adviseert het college van B&W en de gemeenteraad over dossiers rondom inburgering en integratie. - Je onderhoudt nauw contact met externe partners en uitvoeringsorganisaties, zoals taalaanbieders, maatschappelijke begeleiding en participatiepartners. - Je treedt op als accounthouder richting ketenpartners en bewaakt de samenwerking. - Je slaat de brug tussen beleid, uitvoering, interne directies en het sociaal domein. - Je ondersteunt bij de inhoudelijke sturing op gecontracteerde trajecten en monitort kwaliteit en resultaten. - Je neemt dossiers zelfstandig over en zorgt voor een soepele voortzetting van lopende werkzaamheden. Over jou - Je hebt hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau. - Je voelt je thuis in een gemeentelijke en politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving. - Je bent een sterke verbinder en bouwt gemakkelijk een netwerk op met interne en externe ketenpartners. - Je adviseert helder en overtuigend binnen een politiek-bestuurlijke context. - Je kunt snel schakelen, werkt resultaatgericht en pakt verantwoordelijkheid. - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig dossiers over te nemen en voort te zetten.
