- Beleidsadviseur mobiliteit Als beleidsadviseur mobiliteit werk je aan de bereikbaarheid, verkeersveiligheid en leefbaarheid van onze gemeente. Je doet dat niet alleen door beleid te maken, maar vooral door richting te geven aan de uitvoering ervan. Jij bewaakt de koers van het Mobiliteitsplan, zorgt dat projecten goed worden voorbereid en adviseert bestuur en organisatie over keuzes die impact hebben op onze inwoners, dorpen en openbare ruimte. Mobiliteit raakt aan wonen, gezondheid, duurzaamheid, economie, recreatie en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze belangen samenkomen in heldere keuzes, uitvoerbare plannen en zorgvuldige bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Daarbij stuur je op inhoud, prioriteit, middelen, planning, risico's, participatie en bestuurlijk draagvlak. Je bepaalt niet zelf de technische oplossing tot in detail, maar zorgt wel dat projecten bijdragen aan de doelen: veilig, gezond en duurzaam. Jouw werkzaamheden: - bewaken en actualiseren van het Mobiliteitsplan en het Uitvoeringsprogramma Mobiliteitsplan - voeren van de inhoudelijke regie op de verkenning en planvorming van mobiliteitsprojecten en bewaken van de beleidsmatige en bestuurlijke kaders - adviseren over de prioritering en programmering van mobiliteitsprojecten en signaleren van kansen, risico's en benodigde middelen - begeleiden van strategische verkenningen, zoals tracékeuzes, hoofdrichtingen en mobiliteitsconcepten - adviseren bij ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen, zodat mobiliteit vroegtijdig en integraal wordt meegenomen - voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming, waaronder collegev...
