De Beleidsadviseur Onderwijs is verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig vormgeven, uitvoeren en bewaken van het onderwijsbeleid. De nadruk ligt op doorontwikkeling en uitvoering van dossiers rondom onderwijsachterstanden, voor- en vroegschoolse educatie, leerlingzaken en verankering in regionale overlegstructuren. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Zelfstandig uitwerken van Onderwijsachterstandenbeleid (OAB) inclusief verantwoording - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van VVE-beleid - Opstellen van beleidsplan en formatie leerlingzaken in regionaal verband - Oppakken en bewaken van de uitvoering van de peutermonitor - Vaststellen en indexeren van tarieven Kinderopvang (KOV) - Behandelen en beoordelen van relevante subsidieaanvragen binnen het onderwijsdomein en de jeugdgezondheidszorg - Actieve deelname en vertegenwoordiging in regionale en lokale overlegstructuren/werkgroepen (o.a. RAOO, OZA, LEA) - Doorontwikkelen en verankeren van het dossier Meldcode Huiselijk Geweld - Afhandelen van ad-hoc beleidsvragen en adviseren van bestuur en management - Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding - Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als beleidsadviseur binnen de lokale of landelijke overheid (Gemeente, Provincie, Rijksoverheid of Waterschap) of semi-overheids organisatie - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 2,5 jaar als beleidsadviseur onderwijs binnen een gemeente - Uit het curriculum vitae blijkt dat de aangeboden kandidaat aantoonbaar beschikt over: Ervaring met de dossiers OAB, werkervaring heeft met de uitvoering of beleidsvorming van álle drie de dossiers: OAB, VVE én Leerlingzaken. beleidsvorming van één of twee van de genoemde dossiers (bijv. wel VVE, maar geen OAB).
