Jij zorgt ervoor dat ruimtelijke initiatieven zorgvuldig worden beoordeeld en begeleid binnen de kaders van de Omgevingswet. Als Beleidsadviseur RO ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planologische beoordeling van ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en bouwinitiatieven. Je adviseert over aanvragen die afwijken van het omgevingsplan en begeleidt initiatiefnemers gedurende het vooroverleg- en vergunningstraject. Daarbij werk je samen met interne en externe stakeholders om te komen tot integrale en haalbare ruimtelijke oplossingen die bijdragen aan een kwalitatieve leefomgeving. Zo maak jij impact: - Begeleiden van planologische procedures voor BOPA's - Beoordelen van vooroverleggen en ruimtelijke initiatieven - Opstellen van integrale ruimtelijke adviezen voor vergunningaanvragen die afwijken van het omgevingsplan - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor initiatiefnemers, ontwikkelaars en samenwerkingspartners - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en samenhang van meerdere ruimtelijke dossiers tegelijk - Afgeronde HBO opleiding (planologie, bestuursrecht of rechten) - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met bouwplantoetsing en ruimtelijke adviezen - Recente werkervaring binnen een gemeente of gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
