We werken aan voldoende betaalbare en duurzame woningen voor starters, gezinnen en senioren. Daarbij kijken we niet alleen naar wonen, maar ook naar de verbinding met welzijn, zorg en leefbaarheid. Wil jij bijdragen aan deze maatschappelijke opgave en samen met collega's, woningcorporaties, ontwikkelaars en andere partners werken aan de toekomst van wonen in onze gemeenten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Beleidsadviseur Wonen werk je, samen met 2 collega beleidsadviseurs wonen, aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken op het gebied van wonen en volkshuisvesting. Je vertaalt landelijke, provinciale en regionale ontwikkelingen naar lokaal beleid en adviseert vanuit de invalshoek wonen bij ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en woningbouwinitiatieven. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je gaat je bezighouden met de implementatie van de Wet Versterking Regie Volkshuisvesting die per 1 juli 2027 van kracht wordt en bent verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud van het volkshuisvestelijk programma. - Je adviseert inhoudelijk op de implementatie van de lokale huisvestingsverordening die per 1 juli 2027 van kracht gaat. - Je bent de kartrekker voor de doorvertaling van regionale naar lokale versnellingstafels en daarmee sparringpartner voor stakeholders zoals woningcorporaties en projectontwikkelaars. - Je bent als adviseur wonen betrokken bij diverse projectgroepen waaronder dorpsvisies kleine kernen. - Je ontwikkelt, actualiseert en voert woonbeleid uit. - Je draagt bij aan de uitvoering van de woonzorgvisie, regionale woonafspraken en de Woondeal. - Je draagt bij aan de versterking van de gemeentelijke woningbouwregie. - Je levert een bijdrage aan de planning- en controlcyclus, waaronder begroting, rapportages, jaarrekening en factuurafhandeling. - Je stelt bestuurlijke stukken op voor college...
