Beleidsmedewerker Apotheek ZGT , Almelo Vakgebied Zorgmanagement Functie Beleidsmedewerker Branche Ziekenhuis Aanstelling Vaste aanstelling Plaatsingsdatum 25 september 2026 Niveau HBO Ervaring Niet nader bepaald Dienstverband Niet nader bepaald Als beleidsmedewerker help je de ZGT apotheek om complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar heldere keuzes die de farmaceutische zorg verder brengen. Je brengt structuur aan, maakt duidelijk wat nodig is en zorgt dat plannen ook in de praktijk landen. Hierbij beweeg je tussen besluitvorming en de dagelijkse praktijk van een grote ziekenhuisapotheek. Je bent inhoudelijk sparringpartner van het managementteam en werkt nauw samen met de vakgroep van (ziekenhuis)apothekers. Daarbij schakel je tussen strategie en uitvoering: de ene keer werk je een memo of besluitvoorstel uit en de andere keer leid of ondersteun je een project of programma. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beleidsmatige en organisatorische vraagstukken analyseren en vertalen naar heldere adviezen, memo's, besluitvoorstellen en implementatieplannen. - Projecten begeleiden van verkenning tot realisatie, waarbij je doelen en resultaten scherp formuleert, de juiste collega's betrekt en voortgang, afhankelijkheden en risico's bewaakt. - Bij programma's en jaarplanactiviteiten zorgen voor overzicht in prioriteiten, mijlpalen, eigenaarschap en besluitvorming. - Inhoudelijk bijdragen aan de jaarplanning, begroting, voortgangsrapportages en de verdere ontwikkeling van managementinformatie. - Data inzetten om vraagstukken te onderbouwen en resultaten inzichtelijk te maken. Samen met collega's onderzoek je waar digitalisering en AI-processen of besluitvorming kunnen versterken. - Ontwikkelingen binnen en buiten de zorg volgen en vertalen naar wat deze betekenen voor de ZGT apotheek.
