Werken bij Ede Gemeente Ede Beleidsmedewerker Dienstverlening Categorieën - Burgerzaken / Publiekszaken - Hbo - 32 - 36 uur Beleidsmedewerker Dienstverlening, een echte smaakmaker Een goede dienstverlening begint bij luisteren naar wat inwoners en ondernemers nodig hebben. Van een vraag aan de balie of telefoon tot een digitaal formulier: inwoners moeten weten waar ze aan toe zijn en eenvoudig hun zaken kunnen regelen. Als Beleidsmedewerker Dienstverlening zorg jij ervoor dat onze dienstverlening niet alleen goed werkt aan de voorkant, maar ook daarachter goed is georganiseerd. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan één loket of afdeling. Je brengt de hele dienstverleningsketen in beeld en verbindt beleid, processen en praktijk. Je ontwikkelt beleid en kaders, signaleert waar dienstverlening beter kan en zorgt samen met collega's dat verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Daarbij houd je steeds het perspectief van de inwoner en ondernemer voor ogen. Je werkt binnen Publiekszaken, een afdeling die midden in de dienstverlening van de gemeente staat. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de visie op dienstverlening en de dagelijkse praktijk. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen en ambities naar concrete beleidsvoorstellen, verbeteringen en acties en weet collega's hierin mee te nemen. Voor 32 - 36 uur per week houd jij je bezig met: - het ontwikkelen, actualiseren en vertalen van beleid en kaders voor dienstverlening naar concrete acties en verbeteringen; - het analyseren van dienstverleningsprocessen en -ketens vanuit het perspectief van de inwoner en ondernemer en het doen van verbetervoorstellen; - het voorbereiden van beleidsadviezen en besluitvormingsvoorstellen voor management en bestuur; - het volgen van ontwikkelingen in publieke dienstverlening, relevante wet- en regelgeving en innovaties en het vertalen hiervan naar de Edese praktijk; - het verzamelen en analyseren van gegevens over klantcontact, klanttevredenheid en andere ...
