Wat ga je doen? Je bent de schakel tussen beleid en de uitvoering op het gebied van omgevingsrecht. Jij kunt actuele trends en ontwikkelingen vertalen naar beleid en de uitvoering. Je hebt als beleidsadviseur een belangrijke rol in het opzetten van algehele monitoring, kwaliteitscontrole en de evaluatie van gemaakte keuzes, waarbij je oog hebt voor innovaties binnen het werkveld. Jij beheert de volledige P&C-beleidscyclus, van het opstellen van uitvoerings- en jaarplannen tot de jaarrekening en evaluaties. Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert de Uitvoerings- en Handhavingsstrategie en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Omgevingswet en de Wet kwaliteitsborging, naar concrete processen en werkbare werkinstructies. Daarnaast lever je inhoudelijke beleidsadviezen voor de organisatie, het college van B&W en de gemeenteraad, actualiseer je verordeningen en beleidsregels, en ontwikkel je strategieën voor sancties en begunstigingstermijnen. Je signaleert nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, beoordeelt de impact op het team en implementeert oplossingen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de optimalisatie en het opstellen van (werk)processen, ondersteun je de teammanager bij bedrijfsvoeringvraagstukken en fungeer je als achtervang bij afwezigheid van andere beleidsmedewerkers, zodat het team efficiënt en effectief kan blijven functioneren.
