Als beleidsmedewerker wonen ontwikkel en voer je lokaal woon- en volkshuisvestelijk beleid uit binnen cluster Ruimte. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen op de woningmarkt naar heldere programma's, acties en adviezen, en je beweegt soepel tussen intern overleg, bestuur en regionale samenwerking. - Je stelt woonprogramma's, actieplannen en beleidsvisies op en actualiseert deze waar nodig. - Je adviseert management, college en raad over woningbouw, betaalbaarheid, leefbaarheid en doelgroepen. - Je beoordeelt woningbouwinitiatieven en sluit aan bij de ambtelijke intaketafel. - Je stemt af met collega's binnen het fysiek domein en bewaakt samenhang in beleid en uitvoering. - Je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in regionale en subregionale overleggen binnen de Westelijke Mijnstreek. Functie-eisen Je voelt je thuis in een bestuurlijke omgeving waar belangen samenkomen en waar jij met inhoud en overzicht richting geeft.
