Bij een internationaal opererende producent van chemische materialen werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van productieprocessen in Oosterhout en Giessen. Als besturingstechnicus vertaal je wensen vanuit de organisatie en de werkvloer naar besturingshardware en software. Je onderhoudt en optimaliseert PLC-besturingen, SCADA en bedieninterfaces, met aandacht voor veilige bedrijfsvoering, productkwaliteit en efficiënter produceren. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de technische oplossing, maar ook naar de bruikbaarheid voor operators. Je maakt deel uit van de technische dienst en werkt nauw samen met de Automation Engineer vanuit projectmanagement. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je storingen, stem je wijzigingen af met IT en productie en voer je verbeterprojecten uit. Je legt oplossingen vast en traint gebruikers, zodat zij zelfstandig met de systemen kunnen werken. Via trainingen en samenwerking verdiep je jouw kennis van industriële automatisering, OT-netwerken en besturingsonderhoud. Wat ga je doen? - Onderhoud en optimaliseer PLC-besturingen, SCADA en bedieninterfaces voor beide productielocaties. - Analyseer, verhelp en documenteer complexe besturingstechnische storingen in productieprocessen. - Vertaal productiebehoeften naar besturingshardware en software, samen met IT, productie en de Automation Engineer. - Initieer en realiseer verbeterprojecten met aandacht voor veiligheid, milieu, arbeidsomstandigheden en kosten. - Stel onderhoudsplannen voor software en besturingstechniek op en voer deze uit. - Schrijf heldere werkinstructies, train gebruikers en borg systeemkennis binnen de organisatie. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Besturingstechniek. - Je hebt ruime ervaring met industriële automatisering en het ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-besturingen. - Je kent SCADA-systemen, OPC-communicatie en OT-netwerken vanuit de praktijk. - Je kunt zelfstandig projecten initiëren en afronden en technische wensen afstemmen met..
