The posting

Voor een productieomgeving voor kindervoeding in Beilen zoeken we een ervaren besturingstechnicus met een stevige elektrotechnische basis op niveau 4+. Je werkt aan de verpakkingsafdeling, waar blik- en sachetverpakkingen en het palletiseren samenkomen. In deze rol richt je je op de betrouwbare werking van machines en besturingen. Je combineert elektrotechnisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak om storingen te doorgronden en de productie zorgvuldig te ondersteunen. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je storingen aan sensoren, aandrijvingen en besturingscomponenten en controleer je hoe elektrische signalen en machinebewegingen samenhangen. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met operators en technische collega’s, met aandacht voor veilig werken en de hygiëne die voedselproductie vraagt. Daarbij verdiep je je verder in PLC-diagnose, verpakkingsprocessen en structurele verbeteringen aan de installaties. Functie-inhoud - Elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen aan verpakkingsmachines analyseren en verhelpen - Sensoren, actuatoren, aandrijvingen en elektrische verbindingen controleren - PLC-signalen en machinecondities gebruiken om storingsoorzaken te achterhalen - Onderhoud uitvoeren aan installaties voor blik, sachets en palletiseren - Terugkerende storingen onderzoeken en technische verbeteringen voorstellen - Werkzaamheden afstemmen met operators en technische collega’s Functie-eisen - Elektrotechnisch werk- en denkniveau op mbo 4+ - Ervaring als besturingstechnicus of elektromonteur in een industriële omgeving - Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen en systematisch storingen zoeken - Praktische kennis van PLC-besturingen, sensoren en aandrijftechniek - Zorgvuldig werken volgens veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften - Duidelijk communiceren over storingen, oorzaken en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.600 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een detavastconstructie met uitzicht op een rechtstreeks dienstverband - E.
