Bij een machinebouwer in Dedemsvaart werk je aan besturingsoplossingen voor machines in de kaasindustrie. Als besturingstechnicus vertaal je klanteisen naar een samenhangend besturingsontwerp en programmeer je PLC's en HMI's. Je configureert de communicatie tussen besturingscomponenten en zorgt dat machines functioneel en betrouwbaar werken. Daarbij ben je betrokken vanaf het ontwerp tot en met het testen, de inbedrijfstelling en de technische ondersteuning. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met mechanische engineers, elektrische engineers en projectmanagers. Je onderzoekt storingen, verbetert de machinewerking en legt wijzigingen vast in schema's, handleidingen en testrapporten. Op locatie controleer je de werking van de besturing en geef je operators begrijpelijke instructies. Door ontwerp, programmering en praktijkervaring te combineren, verdiep je je kennis van machinebesturing, industriële communicatie en de eisen die voedselverwerkende machines stellen. Functie-inhoud - Besturingssystemen ontwerpen op basis van klanteisen en relevante machinenormen - PLC's en HMI's programmeren en industriële netwerken configureren - Machines op locatie in bedrijf stellen en functionele tests uitvoeren - Storingen analyseren en de prestaties van besturingssystemen verbeteren - Schema's, handleidingen en testrapporten bijhouden en operators instrueren - Klanten en interne teams ondersteunen bij onderhoud en software-updates - Besturingsontwerpen afstemmen met mechanische engineers, elektrische engineers en projectmanagers Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en het ontwikkelen van HMI-bediening - Kennis van industriële netwerken en communicatie tussen besturingscomponenten - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema's en systematisch analyseren van storingen - Oog voor machineveiligheid, relevante normen en zorgvuldige technische documentatie - Bereidheid om machines op l.
