The posting

Bij een sterk geautomatiseerde zuivelfabriek in Heerenveen bewaak je de betrouwbaarheid van de elektrotechnische, instrumentatie- en automatiseringsinstallaties. De fabriek verwerkt geitenmelk tot baby- en kindervoeding, met processtappen als ontromen, indampen, drogen en verpakken. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de hardware en software achter deze processen. Met Siemens S7, TIA Portal en Wonderware SCADA analyseer je storingen en help je structurele oplossingen door te voeren. Zelfstandig nieuwe besturingssoftware programmeren is niet de kern van je functie. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met operators, monteurs en de afdeling Technologie, die het functionele procesontwerp beheert. Je neemt het voortouw bij EI&A-storingsanalyses, deelt je kennis en begeleidt waar nodig wijzigingen aan de procesbesturing. Daarbij kijk je verder dan herstel: je draagt bij aan voorspellend onderhoud en vroegtijdige signalering van procesafwijkingen. Zo verdiep je je technische expertise en help je ongeplande stilstand te voorkomen. Functie-inhoud - De basisconditie van EI&A-installaties bewaken en technische knelpunten aanpakken - Storingen in PLC-hardware, besturingssoftware en SCADA analyseren en helpen oplossen - Software beheren in TIA Portal en Wonderware, inclusief kleine of tijdelijke aanpassingen - Modificaties aan de procesbesturing begeleiden in afstemming met de afdeling Technologie - Operators en monteurs coachen bij storingsanalyse en kennis overdragen - In werkgroepen adviseren over structurele verbeteringen en voorspellend onderhoud Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 4-werk- en -denkniveau in bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of meet- en regeltechniek - Kennis van en ervaring met Siemens S7-hardware, TIA Portal en Wonderware SCADA - Ervaring in de zuivelindustrie of een vergelijkbare procesomgeving - Kennis van besturingstechniek voor productie-installaties - Ervaring met softwarebeheer en voldoende programmeerkennis om besturingslogica te doorgronden - Goed.
