The posting

Bij een voedingsmiddelenproducent in Den Dolder werk je aan de besturing van procesinstallaties en verpakkingssystemen. Als besturingstechnicus elektrotechniek ben je onderdeel van de technische dienst en richt je je op betrouwbare elektrische installaties en goed werkende PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen. Je analyseert storingen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en werkt aan technische verbeteringen. Daarbij combineer je elektrotechnisch inzicht met kennis van industriële automatisering om de productie draaiende te houden. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je storingsonderzoek af met onderhoud en projectwerk. Je werkt samen met elektrotechnische collega's, begeleidt externe technici en legt je bevindingen vast in het onderhoudssysteem. Je krijgt een gedegen inwerkperiode en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in besturingstechniek. Heb je al een elektrotechnische basis, maar wil je meer leren over PLC-systemen zoals Siemens S7? Dan kun je die kennis met gerichte opleiding verder uitbouwen. Functie-inhoud - Lokaliseren, analyseren en verhelpen van storingen in PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties - Voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen aan proces- en verpakkingssystemen - Meewerken aan projecten binnen elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek - Begeleiden van externe technici en leveranciers bij technische werkzaamheden - Registreren van werkzaamheden, storingen en bevindingen in het onderhoudssysteem Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een mbo-4-diploma Elektrotechniek of een gelijkwaardige opleiding - Je hebt kennis van PLC-systemen, zoals Siemens S7 - Kennis van Siemens TIA Portal is een pré - Je hebt ervaring met elektrische tekenprogramma's - Je analyseert storingen zorgvuldig, werkt graag samen en denkt mee over verbeteringen - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.400 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.600 tot € 4.400, af.
