The posting

Bij een producent van isolerende bouwproducten in Someren houd je de besturingstechniek van moderne productielijnen betrouwbaar en beschikbaar. De fabriek maakt dak- en gevelproducten met EPS als kernmateriaal. Als besturingstechnicus binnen de elektrotechnische dienst werk je aan het onderhoud, de vernieuwing en de uitbreiding van elektrische installaties en machines. Je combineert storingsanalyse met het ontwerpen, programmeren en installeren van besturingen, waarbij je zowel de hardware als de software onder handen neemt. Je werkt samen met negen collega’s van de technische dienst en stemt wijzigingen af met de productieafdeling. De ene dag onderzoek je een storing in een PLC of industriële pc, de andere dag verbeter je een robottoepassing of begeleid je een extern uitgevoerd project. Je werkt met Siemens TIA Portal en STEP 7, Fanuc-robots en SEW-servobesturingen. Via studie en cursussen kun je je verder verdiepen in deze technieken. Je draait roulerend mee in de storingsdienst. Functie-inhoud - Storingen analyseren en oplossen aan machines, productielijnen, PLC’s, industriële pc’s en robots - Modificaties voorstellen en uitvoeren om machines en productieprocessen te verbeteren - Besturingssystemen ontwerpen, programmeren, installeren en overdragen aan de productieafdeling - Hardware en software van Siemens-PLC’s, Fanuc-robots en SEW-servobesturingen beheren - Projecten uitwerken voor uitbesteding en externe partijen begeleiden tijdens de uitvoering - Werkzaamheden, bevindingen en voortgang vastleggen en tijdig terugkoppelen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of Elektrotechniek en minimaal vier jaar vergelijkbare ervaring - Kennis van PLC-systemen; kennis van Fanuc-robots en SEW-servobesturingen of bereidheid deze op te bouwen - Analytisch en initiatiefrijk: je vertaalt storingen en procesproblemen naar concrete verbeteracties - Je werkt zelfstandig én samen met collega’s; werktuigbouwkundige kennis is een pré -..
