The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in Ens dat systemen voor landbouwmachines, industriële toepassingen en metalen halffabricaten ontwikkelt, werk je aan de automatisering van het eigen productieproces. Als besturingstechnicus binnen Production Support ontwikkel je complete machinebesturingen en elektronische systemen voor intern ontwikkelde machines. Je combineert PLC-techniek, real-time systemen en robotprogrammering met inzicht in elektrotechniek en machineveiligheid. Daarbij begeleid je besturingen van ontwikkeling tot testen en inbedrijfstelling op de productievloer. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je storingen, verbeter je bestaande besturingen en adviseer je over technische keuzes binnen projecten. Je schakelt met collega's van verschillende afdelingen en rapporteert aan de Production Support Manager. Ook zorg je voor bruikbare programmadocumentatie en gebruikershandleidingen. Je krijgt ruimte om verbeterideeën uit te werken en je kennis verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen, met aandacht voor productieautomatisering en continu verbeteren volgens Lean en QRM. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen van complete machinebesturingen en elektronische systemen voor productieautomatisering - Testen en in bedrijf stellen van besturingsapplicaties op eigen machines - Programmeren van robots voor verschillende toepassingen in het productieproces - Analyseren en oplossen van besturingstechnische storingen - Optimaliseren van bestaande machinebesturingen en adviseren binnen projecten - Opstellen en beheren van elektrotechnische documentatie, programmadocumentatie en gebruikershandleidingen Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in een elektrotechnische richting - Kennis van productieautomatisering, PLC-systemen en real-time systemen - Kennis van relevante elektrotechnische normen en veiligheidsnormen - Affiniteit met werktuigbouw en metaalbewerking - Kennis van Lean en QRM voor het continu verbeteren van productieprocessen - Je analyseert nauwkeurig, werkt oplossingsgericht en communi.
