The posting

Bij een zuivelproducent in Nijkerk werk je aan de besturing van technische installaties voor de productie van melkpoeder. Je ontwikkelt en verbetert besturingssoftware en helpt de fabriek betrouwbaar en veilig te draaien. De automatiseringsomgeving bestaat uit Rockwell PLC's, SCADA en MES, met een koppeling naar het ERP-systeem. Je combineert softwareontwikkeling met meet- en regeltechniek en houdt bij wijzigingen rekening met de continuïteit van het productieproces. In de dagelijkse praktijk ondersteun je de Technische Dienst bij softwarematige storingen en werk je met betrokken afdelingen en externe partijen aan verbeteringen. Je zorgt dat wijzigingen getest, gedocumenteerd en via back-ups geborgd zijn, zodat collega's op je werk kunnen voortbouwen. Je krijgt ruimte om verbetervoorstellen uit te werken, projecten zelfstandig uit te voeren of te begeleiden en je kennis van procesbesturing verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Besturingssoftware ontwikkelen en aanpassen voor technische installaties in de zuivelfabriek - De Technische Dienst ondersteunen bij softwarematige storingen - Back-ups, documentatie en monitoring inrichten voor betrouwbare overdracht en borging - Software testen en codestandaarden optimaliseren - Verbetervoorstellen voor procesbesturing uitwerken en projecten initiëren - Verbeterprojecten zelfstandig uitvoeren of begeleiden met betrokken afdelingen en externe partijen Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in technische informatica, industriële automatisering, mechatronica of elektrotechniek - Enkele jaren ervaring als besturingstechnicus, bij voorkeur in de foodsector of procesindustrie - Ervaring met meet- en regeltechniek, procesbesturing en elektronica - Ervaring met Rockwell PLC's, SCADA en MES-ERP-integratie is een pre - Je maakt bewuste afwegingen tussen technische vernieuwing en langdurige bedrijfszekerheid - Je werkt veilig, neemt eigenaarschap en zoekt samen met collega's naar verbeteringen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €..
