The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in De Lier werk je aan de besturing van robots en machines voor intern transport. Deze machines worden wereldwijd in verschillende sectoren gebruikt, waarbij betrouwbaarheid en levensduur centraal staan. Als besturingstechnicus vertaal je productspecificaties naar een elektrisch ontwerp en een werkende besturing. Je bent betrokken bij het hele traject: van het uitwerken van elektrische schema’s tot het bouwen en testen van het product. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je elektronica met PLC- of microcontrollerprogrammering en Human Machine Interfaces. Je onderzoekt problemen in bestaande machines en werkt verbeteringen of uitbreidingen uit. Dat doe je samen met collega’s in een multidisciplinair team, waarin je elektrische en besturingstechnische keuzes afstemt op de werking van de robot. Met opleidingsmogelijkheden kun je je kennis verder verdiepen en toepassen in nieuwe ontwerpen. Functie-inhoud - Productspecificaties vertalen naar elektrische ontwerpen voor robots en interne transportmachines - Elektrische schema’s uitwerken met een schematekenpakket - Besturingen programmeren met PLC’s of microcontrollers - HMI-bediening uitwerken en afstemmen op de machinefuncties - Producten bouwen, testen en de werking van de besturing controleren - Storingen in bestaande machines onderzoeken en verbeteringen of uitbreidingen realiseren - Technische oplossingen afstemmen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines Functie-eisen - Hbo-diploma in elektronica of mechatronica - Ervaring met het programmeren van PLC’s of microcontrollers - Ervaring met Human Machine Interfaces - Kennis van elektronica en het toepassen daarvan in machinebesturingen - Ervaring met een schematekenpakket - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een goed salaris passend bij je kennis en ervaring - Uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden om je technis.
