The posting

Als besturingstechnicus bij een technisch dienstverlener in Veendam werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van besturingssystemen in een procesomgeving. Je analyseert complexe storingen op het snijvlak van elektrotechniek en industriële automatisering en zorgt dat je gericht kunt ingrijpen. Daarbij gebruik je je kennis van PLC- en SCADA-systemen, industriële netwerken en Windows-platformen. Je rol gaat verder dan storingen oplossen: je adviseert over besturingstechnische vraagstukken en begeleidt medewerkers vakinhoudelijk, bijvoorbeeld tijdens het opstarten van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je technische analyse met overleg en kennisoverdracht. Je traint collega’s in het gebruik van besturingssystemen en werkt binnen een verbeterteam aan betere werkwijzen. Onveilige situaties herken je tijdig en pak je zorgvuldig aan. Door storingen te onderzoeken, oplossingen te bespreken en best practices aan te scherpen, verdiep je je systeemkennis en help je het team om installaties veiliger en betrouwbaarder te laten functioneren. Functie-inhoud - Complexe besturingstechnische en elektrotechnische storingen analyseren en verhelpen - Onveilige situaties door besturingssystemen signaleren en passende maatregelen initiëren - Adviseren over besturingstechniek en vakinhoudelijke begeleiding bieden bij het opstarten van installaties - Medewerkers trainen in het gebruik van besturingssystemen - Binnen het verbeterteam best practices bepalen en aanscherpen - Systeemkennis inzetten om terugkerende storingen en technische verbeterpunten te onderzoeken Functie-eisen - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, via een technische hbo-opleiding of mbo niveau 4 met vakgerichte vervolgopleidingen - Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring in een procesomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenbranche - Gedegen kennis van PLC/SCADA en besturingstechniek van Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi en Siemens - Basiskennis van industriële netwerken en Microsoft Windows-platformen - VCA-VOL of..
