Als besturingstechnicus in de industrie in Veghel werk je aan de besturing van machines en productie-installaties. Je combineert elektrotechnisch inzicht met kennis van PLC-systemen om storingen te doorgronden en processen betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Daarbij kijk je verder dan een foutmelding: je onderzoekt de samenhang tussen software, sensoren, aandrijvingen en de werking van de machine. Veiligheid en een beheerste hervatting van de productie staan steeds centraal. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je storingsanalyse af met onderhoud en het verbeteren van besturingen. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met operators en technische collega's, test aanpassingen zorgvuldig en legt bevindingen vast voor een volgende interventie. Zo verdiep je je in PLC-diagnose, HMI-bediening en industriële communicatie, terwijl je steeds beter leert welke technische ingreep een productieproces werkelijk vooruithelpt. Functie-inhoud - Storingen in PLC-besturingen, sensoren en aandrijvingen analyseren en verhelpen - Besturingsaanpassingen voorbereiden, testen en documenteren - Elektrische schema's lezen en signalen in de installatie controleren - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische componenten - Met operators en technische collega's terugkerende storingen onderzoeken - Veilige werking controleren voordat een machine weer wordt vrijgegeven Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Praktische ervaring met storingszoeken aan industriële machines - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en HMI-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Siemens - Inzicht in sensoren, frequentieregelaars en industriële communicatie - Elektrische schema's kunnen lezen en veilig kunnen meten - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze en heldere communicatie met productie en techniek Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.600 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in Veghel - Een detavastconstructie,..
