The posting

Bij een kaasproducent in Westbeemster werk je aan sterk geautomatiseerde productieprocessen waarin PLC-besturingen en SCADA-systemen via industrial ethernet met elkaar verbonden zijn. Als besturingstechnicus houd je deze systemen betrouwbaar, actueel en beheersbaar. Je combineert onderhoud aan bestaande besturingen met het ontwerpen, programmeren en inbedrijfstellen van kleine automatiseringsprojecten. Daarbij werk je onder meer met Siemens TIA Portal, Simatic S7 en Wonderware ArchestrA. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen softwareaanpassingen, testen, documentatie en tweedelijnsondersteuning bij storingen. Je werkt nauw samen met een collega-besturingstechnicus en allround onderhoudsmonteurs en rapporteert aan het hoofd Technische Dienst. Ook industriële netwerken, servers en versiebeheer raken jouw werk. Door productieverbeteringen en projecten verdiep je je kennis van industriële automatisering en de samenhang tussen besturingstechniek en ICT. Storingsondersteuning buiten kantoortijden hoort erbij, volgens een vooraf opgesteld consignatierooster. Functie-inhoud - PLC- en SCADA-systemen onderhouden, actualiseren en wijzigingen zorgvuldig testen. - Functionele en technische ontwerpen uitwerken en kleine automatiseringsprojecten programmeren, begeleiden en inbedrijfstellen. - Het hoofd Technische Dienst adviseren over industriële automatisering en procesverbeteringen. - Technische documentatie, testresultaten en softwareversies actueel houden, onder meer met Versiondog. - Klein ICT-onderhoud uitvoeren aan servers en industriële netwerken, met onder meer Windows Server en VMware vSphere. - Tweedelijnsondersteuning bieden bij besturingsstoringen, ook buiten kantoortijden volgens het consignatierooster. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische achtergrond op hbo-werk- en -denkniveau. - Je hebt ervaring met moderne besturingstechniek in een industriële productieomgeving. - Je kunt werken met PLC- en SCADA-software, zoals Siemens TIA Portal, Simatic S7 en Wonder.
