In deze functie ondersteun je twee wethouders en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen bestuur, organisatie en externe relaties. Je werkt in een dynamische politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving waarin overzicht, discretie en snel kunnen schakelen belangrijk zijn. Over de organisatie De gemeente Soest is een moderne en betrokken gemeente met ongeveer 48.000 inwoners en zo'n 300 medewerkers. Vertrouwen, samen en leren staan centraal binnen de organisatie. Als bestuursondersteuner maak je deel uit van het bestuurssecretariaat. Samen met vier collega's verzorg je de secretariële en administratieve ondersteuning van het college van burgemeester en wethouders en de gemeentesecretaris. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met bestuurders, directie, management en verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Jouw rol Als bestuursondersteuner ondersteun je twee wethouders bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht over complexe agenda's, signaleert wat belangrijk is en zorgt dat afspraken en acties goed worden opgevolgd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren van complexe agenda's en stellen van prioriteiten. - Verzorgen van vertrouwelijke correspondentie. - Signaleren van wijzigingen, urgenties en bestuurlijke afspraken. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten. - Organiseren en voorbereiden van vergaderingen en bestuurlijke overleggen. - Verspreiden van digitale vergaderstukken. - Bewaken van actiepunten en voortgang. - Vooruit plannen en meedenken over lopende dossiers en bestuurlijke trajecten. - Afstemmen met collega's, management, bestuurders en andere organisatieonderdelen.
