Jouw rol Als bestuurssecretaresse ondersteun je één van de twee bestuurders van GGZ Rivierduinen, een bestuurder met een zorginhoudelijke achtergrond als psychiater. Daarnaast ondersteun je de raad van toezicht. Daarmee werk je dicht op de bestuurlijke besluitvorming van onze organisatie. Je bent veel meer dan een organisator of planner. Jij bent een belangrijke spil binnen het bestuurssecretariaat. Door jouw overzicht, vooruitziende blik en gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen zorg je ervoor dat de raad van bestuur en raad van toezicht optimaal worden ondersteund. Je ziet wat er nodig is voordat anderen het zien, bewaakt de voortgang van acties, zorgt dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment betrokken zijn en houdt overzicht over de samenhang tussen overleggen, afspraken en besluitvorming. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning kunnen bestuurlijke processen zorgvuldig, efficiënt en tijdig verlopen. Je hebt daarbij zicht op belangrijke organisatie brede vraagstukken en draagt actief bij aan de voortgang daarvan. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je beweegt je in een omgeving waarin veel onderwerpen, belangen en ontwikkelingen samenkomen.
