Als bestuurssecretaris heb jij een strategische rol binnen KOOS waarin je bestuur, beleid en organisatie met elkaar verbindt. KOOS Utrecht KOOS Utrecht is een innovatieve netwerkorganisatie en een initiatief van Altrecht, iHub Familiezorg, De Rading, Reinaerde en Youké. We zijn sinds 2020 verantwoordelijk voor alle aanvullende, specialistische jeugdhulp in het westelijk deel van Utrecht. Bij KOOS werken zo'n 180 hoogopgeleide zorgprofessionals met zeer diverse achtergrond vanuit teams en locaties in de wijk. Daarnaast zijn er collega's die zich richten op bedrijfsvoering, innovatie en strategie; de bestuurssecretaris maakt hier onderdeel van uit en valt rechtstreeks onder de bestuurder. KOOS is een vereniging met een Algemene Ledenvergadering (ALV), waarin alle initiatiefnemers vertegenwoordigd zijn en heeft een éénhoofdig bestuur: de directeur/bestuurder is eindverantwoordelijk. De Gemeente Utrecht is opdrachtgever van KOOS. Vanuit een gemeenschappelijke visie en ambitie werken we in- en extern samen aan onze opdracht om de aanvullende zorg voor jeugd zo goed mogelijk te organiseren. Je bent niet alleen sparringspartner van de bestuurder, maar ook strategisch adviseur bij beleidsvraagstukken én regisseur van het bestuurlijke proces. Met jouw strategisch inzicht en gevoel voor bestuurlijke dynamiek zorg je dat besluiten zorgvuldig worden voorbereid, genomen én opgevolgd. KOOS bevindt zich momenteel in een interessante fase: we kijken terug op onze eerste jaren en bereiden ons voor op een nieuwe aanbestedingsfase.
