The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een extra collega die ons team met betonpompmachinisten komt versterken. Het is niet erg als je nog geen ervaring hebt. Wij zullen je intern opleiden, zodat je uiteindelijk zelfstandig met een kleine betonpomp aan de slag kunt om klanten in heel Nederland blij te maken met het storten van beton! De werkzaamheden die je samen met je collega's uitvoert bestaan onder andere uit het storten van vloeren en funderingen en het vullen van betonwanden en naden tussen kanaalplaten. Als betonpompmachinist met een vaste set voel je je al snel eigen baas. Nadat je goed bent ingewerkt, gaan we er vanuit dat je ook zelfstandig naar klussen kan gaan als je je aanhangerrijbewijs hebt. Als je nog geen aanhangerrijbewijs hebt, kunnen wij jou helpen om er een te halen. Als vaste machinist met eigen set gaan er ook vaak een collega's met je mee om jou te helpen als 2e of 3e man. Het is dan ook belangrijk dat je de leiding pakt als dat nodig is en je goed kan samenwerken. Op de stortplaats regel je in samenwerking met de aannemer de gehele stort. Dit vraagt om een stukje verantwoordelijkheid en inzicht. Elke dag is anders, je komt op veel verschillende plekken en werkt samen met veel verschillende mensen. - Aanpakker: Je gaat uitdagingen niet uit de weg en zit niet graag stil. - Flexibel: Je hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit - Teamspeler: Je bent prettig om mee samen te werken. - Beheersing van de Nederlanse taal - Ervaring in de bouw- of betonsector (pré) Eigen materieel: Je krijgt je eigen set waarmee je werkt (bus+pomp). Aantrekkelijk salaris: Tussen €3200 en €4000 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Dynamische functie: Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je werkt veel samen met collega's en de tijd vliegt voorbij.
