Werk jij graag aan projecten waar je écht kunt zien wat je hebt gemaakt? Van bruggen en viaducten tot sluizen, tunnels en kademuren: als betontimmerman werk je mee aan de infrastructuur van Nederland. Via Faber ga je aan de slag op mooie civiele betonprojecten in Friesland, Groningen en Drenthe. Soms werk je op locatie, soms in de werkplaats in Drachten aan prefab betonelementen. Samen met ervaren vakmensen zorg jij ervoor dat iedere betonconstructie staat als een huis. Als betontimmerman ben jij een belangrijke schakel op de bouwplaats. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bekistingen nauwkeurig worden gemaakt en geplaatst en dat betonconstructies volgens tekening en maatvoering worden uitgevoerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Maken en plaatsen van bekistingen - Voorbereiden en storten van betonconstructies - Werken aan bruggen, viaducten, tunnels, sluizen en kademuren - Lezen van bouw- en werktekeningen - Nauwkeurig maatvoeren en controleren - Werken met verschillende handgereedschappen en machines - Samenwerken met betonvlechters, kraanmachinisten, uitvoerders en andere vakmensen - Werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften - In de werkplaats in Drachten maken van prefab betonelementen Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment werk je aan een groot infrastructureel project en het volgende moment ben je bezig met prefab beton in de werkplaats.
