Jahresstelle ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben:

* In deiner Rolle als Betriebselektriker_in erkennst du Fehler und Störungen an unseren Produktionsanlagen schnell, hast immer eine Lösung parat und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Anlagen reibungslos laufen.

* Mit deinem technischen Know-how trägst du dazu bei, die Verfügbarkeit der Maschinen und Anlagen kontinuierlich zu verbessern, auch in Bezug auf Energieeffizienz.

* Außerdem bist du laufend daran beteiligt, unsere Anlagen an neue Anforderungen anzupassen (wie z.B. durch energetische Umrichter) und innovative Technologien gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen zu integrieren.

* Wir unterstützen dich in der Einarbeitungsphase bei der Fehlersuche und Programmierung von SPS-Steuerungen (vorzüglich Siemens).

* Mit der Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten gewährleistest du die Langlebigkeit unserer Anlagen.

* Darüber hinaus trägst du aktiv zur Arbeitssicherheit bei, indem du sämtliche anlagenbezogenen Sicherheitsvorschriften konsequent einhältst.

Das bringst du mit:

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betriebselektriker_in, Elektriker_in, Elektroniker_in, Mechatroniker_in oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung.

* Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der elektrischen Instandhaltung, Wartung und Inbetriebnahme mit oder hast die Bereitschaft dein Know-how auszubauen.

* Die Schaltberechtigung für Mittelspannungsanlagen ist von Vorteil.

* Du hast Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit und kannst dich in der deutschen Sprache mit Kolleg_innen verständigen.

* Du bist bereit, im Schichtbetrieb im Rahmen von versetzten Tagschichten zu arbeiten, und bist offen für Bereitschaftsdienste.

Deine Arbeitszeit:

38,5 Stunden / Woche nach Absprache

Rahmenbedingungen:

* Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn: € 2.718,76 brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit

* Die tatsächliche Gehaltsspanne für Einsteiger startet bei 3.000 € brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit (exklusive Prämie und etwaige Schichtzulagen). Die Überzahlung richtet sich nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
