Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Betriebselektriker:in mit Schwerpunkt MSR & Gebäudetechnik Deine Aufgaben:

* Technische Betreuung des ETECHCENTERs sowie weiterer Gebäude

* Eigenverantwortliche Wartung und Instandhaltung elektrotechnischer Anlagen

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Koordination von notwendigen Maßnahmen zur

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs

* Überwachung und Dokumentation von Anlagenzuständen in den betreuten Gebäuden

* Auswertung und Analyse von Trendaufzeichnungen aus der Gebäudeleittechnik

* Proaktives Erkennen und Umsetzen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder HKLS

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung, Gebäudetechnik oder Haustechnik

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Technisches Verständnis für KNX, DALI, Beckhoff und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung

* Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und freundliches Auftreten

* Führerschein Klasse B
