Medewerker Salaris- en HR-administratie Werken bij de Van Leent Groep betekent werken in een leuk professioneel team met een goede werksfeer. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeel- en salarisadministratie van de Van Leent Groep. Bij de Van Leent Groep staan onze collega's centraal, waardoor jij midden in het bedrijf staat en opereert. Jij bent de kracht achter onze HR- en salarisprocessen: ordelijk, betrouwbaar, gedisciplineerd én mensgericht. Mensen kunnen op je bouwen want voor jou geldt 'afspraak is afspraak'. Je bent goed georganiseerd, lost problemen op, werkt stap voor stap naar een doel toe en bent gericht op harmonie. Tegelijkertijd heb je een scherp oog voor de praktijk en kan je hier flexibel in meebewegen. De interactie met anderen is daarbij net zo belangrijk als de efficiency van het proces. Je gaat in deze rol nauw samenwerken met de HR-manager. Wat ga je doen? Personeel- en salarisadministratie - Verzorgen van de gehele personeel- en salarisadministratie van verschillende werkmaatschappijen, met ieder haar eigen voorwaarden en cao; - Verwerken van ziekmeldingen en urenregistraties; - Verzorgen van de afdracht van premies en loonbelasting; - Bijhouden van personeelsdossiers, pensioenregelingen en personeelsverzekeringen; - Opstellen en controleren van arbeidsovereenkomsten en werkgeversverklaringen. HR-ondersteuning & procesoptimalisatie - Contact met collega's over salarisvragen, verlof, verzuim en declaraties; - Bijdragen aan digitalisering en automatisering en verbeteren van processen; - Contact met scholen, opleiders en andere instanties; - Organiseren van ons eigen event 'Het Talentencafé' en diverse banenmarkten. Jouw profiel - Je hebt een opleiding in de richting van personeelszaken of loonadministratie (PDL-diploma is pré); - Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in personeel- en salarisadministratie; - Ervaring met NMBRS en/of Daywize is een pré; - Je bent nauwkeurig en inte...
