Wat wij geven… • Inschaling volgens CAO Particuliere Beveiliging. • Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag. • Jouw eigen matchmaker met ervaring in de beveiliging. • Toekomst- en begeleidingstrajecten zoals taalbudget en budgetcoaching. • Een goed gevulde goodiebag voor op de werkvloer. • Persoonlijke aandacht en waardering, wij worden hier vaak op beoordeeld met een 9+! Wat wij vragen… • Diploma MBO beveiliger 2. • Uiteraard ben je van onbesproken gedrag. • Rijbewijs B, eigen vervoer en woon je binnen een straal van 40 km rondom je werkplek. Jouw matchmaker legt uit… Als complexbeveiliger draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor het inspecteren van zowel inkomende als uitgaande goederen, het uitvoeren van controles bij toegangspunten en het registreren van bezoekers. Daarnaast communiceer je duidelijk met zowel medewerkers als bezoekers over de geldende regels en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Als beveiliger begeleidt je individuen die verplaatst moeten worden en patrouilleert door bewakingsroutes als onderdeel van je taken. In het geval van onrustige situaties, schakel je direct door middel van effectieve en duidelijke communicatie. Ook waarborg je de veiligheid van de aanwezige medewerkers op het terrein of in de werkplaats. Het signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen of verstoringen in de orde behoort eveneens tot je takenpakket. Flexibiliteit is vereist, aangezien je bereid moet zijn om 24/7 diensten te draaien en twee weekenden per periode te werken. Je rooster wordt een maand van tevoren bekendgemaakt.
