Bij Roorda Bewindvoering zoeken we een nieuwe collega die zich gaat bezighouden met zowel mentorschappen als bewindvoeringen. Ervaring als bewindvoerder is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je jouw zorgervaring meebrengt en enthousiast bent om je verder te ontwikkelen in het vak. Over Roorda Bewindvoering Roorda Bewindvoering is een middelgroot kantoor in Purmerend met een team van zeven collega's. De sfeer is informeel en no-nonsense. Je krijgt bij ons veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. We verwachten dat je zelfstandig kunt werken en je eigen werk goed organiseert. Tegelijkertijd sta je er nooit alleen voor: we lopen makkelijk bij elkaar binnen, overleggen waar nodig en helpen elkaar. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt een eigen cliëntenportefeuille met zowel mentorschappen als bewindvoeringen. Dat zorgt voor veel afwisseling in je werk. Als mentor behartig je de persoonlijke belangen van cliënten op het gebied van verzorging, verpleging, behandeling en begeleiding. Je hebt contact met cliënten, familie, zorginstellingen en andere betrokken hulpverleners. Je bezoekt cliënten regelmatig en bent betrokken bij belangrijke beslissingen rondom hun welzijn en zorg. Als bewindvoerder behartig je de financiële belangen van cliënten. Je beheert hun financiën, verzorgt de bijbehorende administratie en onderhoudt contact met instanties, gemeenten en andere betrokken partijen.
