Dan is deze functie als BI Specialist iets voor jou! Waarom kies je voor deze uitdaging? Als BI Specialist in Maasdijk vervul je een centrale rol in het omzetten van data naar bruikbare inzichten. Je ontwerpt datamodellen, bouwt complexe Power BI-dashboards en levert analyses die direct bijdragen aan strategische en operationele beslissingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en key stakeholders van de grotere afdelingen en werkmaatschappijen, en bent hun inhoudelijke sparringpartner. Je voelt je thuis in een complexe organisatie, neemt eigenaarschap en weet mensen mee te nemen in jouw analyses. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontwerpt en structureert datamodellen en bouwt (complexe) Power BI-dashboards; - Je ontsluit en combineert data uit diverse databronnen; - Je levert analyses en inzichten die direct bijdragen aan strategische en operationele beslissingen; - Je werkt samen met het management en key stakeholders van grotere en complexere afdelingen en B.V.'s; - Je waarborgt en verbetert continu de datakwaliteit, BI-standaarden en procedures; - Je signaleert knelpunten en initieert verbeteringen in processen en samenwerking; - Je treedt op als inhoudelijk sparringpartner en trekt waar passend (deel)projecten; - Werkdagen en werktijden: 32 tot 38 uur per week. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt minimaal enkele jaren ervaring als BI Specialist, Data Specialist of BI-medewerker; - Je hebt ruime ervaring met Microsoft Power BI; - Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent initiatiefrijk en resultaatgericht; - Je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het BI-vakgebied.
