Als Bid & Tender Manager voor onze EdTech-divisie zorg jij ervoor dat we eerder weten waar kansen liggen, slimmer bepalen waarop we inschrijven en continu beter worden in het winnen van de juiste tenders. Full time Hilversum Zo maak jij een leven lang ontwikkelen mogelijk Als Bid en Tender Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële tenderaanpak binnen onze EdTech-divisie, voor zowel SkillsTown (SME) als Bloomville (Enterprise). Je werkt nauw samen met onze Accountmanagers, de centrale Tenderdesk van Salta Group en collega's van onder andere Product en Tech, waarbij je rapporteert aan de Director of Sales. De Tenderdesk van Salta Group coördineert het formele tenderproces, zoals tijdlijnen, benodigde documentatie en procesbewaking. Jij richt je op de commerciële inhoud en kwaliteit: van het vroegtijdig signaleren van marktconsultaties en aankomende aanbestedingen tot een sterke win strategy, overtuigende inschrijvingen en het leren van onze resultaten. Wat ga je als Bid & Tender Manager bij SkillsTown doen? Je wordt dé specialist op het gebied van tenders en aanbestedingen binnen onze commerciële EdTech-organisatie.
