Als Customer Relations medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten onze winkel áltijd met een grote glimlach verlaten. Welke vraag jou ook gesteld wordt, jij hebt de beste oplossing. De ene dag ben je het eerste gezicht dat de klant ziet, de andere dag het laatste. Je hebt 1 doel. En dat is de klant een super goede winkelervaring bezorgen. En dat doe je 12 uur per week bij IKEA Duiven. Wat je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zullen zijn Onze klanten komen niet alleen voor een nieuwe kledingkast. Ze willen ook een gezellig dagje weg. En jij levert daar een grote bijdrage aan. Je werkdagen zijn elke dag anders en dat maakt deze functie extra uitdagend. Dat komt omdat je binnen onze afdeling ingezet kan worden aan de kassa, klantenservice, receptie, uitgifte goederen en Småland. Wat je onder andere gaat doen: • Bij de kassa klanten helpen met afrekenen • Bij onze klantenservice de feedback van klanten op een positieve manier verwerken, jij denkt altijd mee in oplossingen. • Nauwlettend de veiligheid van de kinderen in Småland in de gaten houden. Hoe gezellig de drukte tussen alle rondrennende kinderen ook is. • Fysiek werk verrichten doordat je veel op je benen staat, artikelen in je handen hebt én zorgt dat de shoppingtools beschikbaar zijn voor onze klanten Ons team binnen IKEA Kan je het je voorstellen?
