Werken in de horeca bij RCN betekent werken in een gezellige vakantiesfeer met een leuk team. - Wat ga je doen? - Wie zijn wij? - Wat vragen wij? - Wat bieden wij jou? Wat ga je doen? In de keuken help je mee met het bereiden van gerechten en zorg je dat alles netjes en goed georganiseerd blijft. Je werkzaamheden zijn bijvoorbeeld: - Voorbereidingen doen in de keuken (mise en place). - Borrelplankjes opmaken. - Koude gerechten klaarmaken. - Warme gerechten of desserts bereiden. - Je werkplek schoon en netjes houden. De ene dag werk je vooral aan koude gerechten, de andere dag help je bij warme gerechten of desserts. Heb je nog geen ervaring in de keuken? Geen probleem. Wij leren je stap voor stap hoe alles werkt. Wie zijn wij? Centraal op het park vind je Brasserie de Jagerstee met een bijbehorende snackbar. Dit is een goedlopende horecazaak die het hele jaar open is. Hier komen zowel vakantiegangers als mensen uit de omgeving voor lunch, diner of een borrel. De horeca op het park blijft zich ontwikkelen. In 2026 openen we bijvoorbeeld onze Funbowling en worden de keuken en bar volledig vernieuwd. Dat betekent dat er veel kansen zijn om mee te groeien en nieuwe dingen te leren. Wat vragen wij? Ervaring in de horeca is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.
